Project engagements
Any actual project — a website, application, or automation work — is governed by the specific proposal, statement of work, or contract agreed with you separately, not by this page. Where the two conflict, your signed agreement takes precedence.
Intellectual property
Content on this site — including copy, design, and the case-study material — belongs to XenoTech Solutions unless otherwise noted. Deliverables from a paid engagement transfer to the client according to the terms of that specific agreement.
No warranty
This site and its content are provided as-is. While we aim to keep information accurate and current, we don't guarantee the site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, XenoTech Solutions isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site. Liability related to an actual project engagement is governed by that engagement's contract.
